Formed by Jung Kwang Ho, Jung Dae Gwang, Min Chung Gi and Kim Kang San, rookie group Voisper showed their amazing vocals and harmonization in Superstar K6, where they were known as North Incheon 19. The quartet exhibits their vocal power again with their first mini-album Voice + Whisper. In addition to the previously unveiled numbers "Heart" featuring Jeon Mi Ri, "Summer Cold" and the debut song "In Your Voice," the eight-track release also features the title song "So What," the modern rock and EDM jam On & On and member Kim Kang San's self-penned Like the Moon and Stars.
