It sold over 17,000,000 copies all over the world, and ranked #1 in countries such as Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Spain, and was the #1 requested song all over the world during the 1988 Olympics. Eru participated in the remake of the old classic for IOI's version, which is a lot poppier and fitting to the girls' image than the original.
